Well, I’m sitting here and we are getting like a foot of snow. They have blizzard warnings out and my kids have been home from school and they have already canceled school for tomorrow.
The bad thing is, I tend not to get a lot done when this happens. I was able to get my sermon written this morning but my big plan was to get quite a bit of the first draft of my DMin paper finished. That has not happened and is not happening. Not sure what tomorrow will bring. Today is kind of lost for the most part.
I’m thinking that maybe later tonight I can spend some time at least thinking or research some of it.

How sad that a day at home with the family is “kind of lost for the most part”…

Hi Russell. My comment was referring to how the time I had to work on stuff I needed to work on was ‘lost.’ I would love to spend all day with my family if I could, however, I’m not sure that would be beneficial for my family or for the church I serve. It is all about balance which I try to maintain. Over the past 2 weeks the kids have been out of school for four or five days (I’m loosing count). I think the other days have had a 2 hour delay except for one or two and one day last week they got out early (we went to see a movie together). I do thank you for your comment, but I believe you are reading too much into it.
